This policy explains what information SimProfits collects when you visit this website or buy the program, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
If you buy, our payment processor collects the details needed to complete the sale — your name, email address, billing information and country. We receive your name, email and order details so we can give you access and support you. We never see or store your full card number.
If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you and refer back to it if you write again.
Like most websites, we log technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP, the pages you view, and the link or ad that referred you. We use cookies and similar browser storage for this, and to remember where you are in a questionnaire or funnel.
We use analytics and advertising tools that set their own cookies — including Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta (Facebook) and TikTok advertising pixels, Taboola, Outbrain and our own click-tracking system. These help us understand which pages and ads work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics and advertising platforms — and only as needed for those functions. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if legally required, or in connection with a business transfer.
We keep customer and order records as long as needed for support, refunds, accounting and legal obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@simprofits.ai and we'll action reasonable requests. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
This site and program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
