We respect copyright and expect the same in return. All lessons, videos, templates, written material and page designs on this site and in SimProfits are owned by us or used under licence.

Our content

Copying, republishing, reselling, mirroring or redistributing our material without written permission is not allowed. This includes re-uploading videos, sharing logins, and repackaging lessons as your own product. Where we find infringement, we send takedown notices and pursue the remedies available to us.

If you believe we've infringed your copyright

Send a notice to support@simprofits.ai with the subject "DMCA notice", including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed
• The exact URL or location of the material on our site
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We review notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material that is infringing.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

We terminate access for accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.
